Terms of Service
These terms govern chauffeur and transfer services provided by yourdrivermorocco, based in Marrakech, Morocco.
Bookings and pricing
Every journey is quoted as a fixed price per vehicle, confirmed before departure. The quoted fare covers the agreed pickup, destination, date and number of guests; significant changes to the itinerary may adjust the fare, always with your approval first.
Cancellations and changes
Bookings may be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations may incur a fee. Flight delays are monitored and never charged extra.
Service standards
Journeys are provided in modern, insured, air-conditioned vehicles driven by professional, English-speaking chauffeurs. Passengers are asked to treat vehicles and drivers with respect; smoking and illegal substances are not permitted.
Liability
While we take every care, liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather or road closures. Questions? Email safaalak@gmail.com.
